My goal with my Develop should be to A) Have a historical gun with fantastic roll marks, B) Not spend "Colt Funds" around the project.    The "C" over the barrel would indicate a chrome chamber only barrel. But AFAIK, Colt marked the "C" up close to the muzzle on their own early barrels, not under the handguards. Pic of Front Sight Foundation is
